Am I getting that right?

You have to change some of the GW code to run 2x instances of GW.

Listen.. Texmod does not alter gameplay, it substitutes textures, has never been pursued as an illegal third party program.
Multi-launchers also have not been pursued as an illegal 3rd party program because they are used primarily to transfer items between accounts.
Drunkard bot IS however a bot that provides in game benefit and has been stated as being illegal.
Gaile and the support team have said this over and over and over. I don't see that position changing any time soon.

Well I for one hope you do have the evidence. Ev1 That knows me knows I have never botted or used other 3rd party programs ( except for ventrilo and Winamp) while playing GW, yet my account has been banned. I'll see ya in court ANet if I don't get my account back. And just a word for ev1 else that has not botted or used other 3rd party software but has now been banned: Contact an attorney in your area inquire about sueing Anet for the emotional distress caused. Make them produce this "Evidence"!
This is a very valid legal complaint. The time ,effort ,and money ( buying perks from NCSOFT), gives you the cause.

Appreciated Wyn but TexMod does actually alter the client via DLL injection techniques, as does many other 3rd party programs. This is why people, including myself, are now asking for a clarification by ANet as to precisely what these programs are from a ban perspective.

That doesn't answer anything. >______<
KSMoD works by altering the client, yet it gives literally no unfair advantages. Is this considered a violation? If you are not sure what KSMod is, it lets you enhance the graphics of your Guild Wars by forcing all textures to show in high quality.

Well the fact is there were a lot of bots in the game and with no actions from Anet they would increase. Let's be real there is no possible way of banning so many botters without getting false-positives and IMO it is worth it. Besides i trust support can help those false-positives get their accounts back.

having never used the program, I wouldn't know but I do remember one program doing it by copying the dat file and making two versions of the .exe file. That doesn't sound like changing the code to me unless it injected code into the .dat file.
That said I haven't used it so I wouldn't know, I'm just guessing based on what I've seen/heard

I lol'd. Even if you were wrongfully banned, they do have account reports that would indicate certain things. Anet didn't just ban people with absolutely no reason.
I'm no law student, but I'm sure a judge would die of a heart attack seeing this on his desk.

I hate to burst your bubble but you signed this agreement, we all did...

Should NC Interactive decide to suspend or terminate this Agreement with a User under any circumstances, the User will lose access to your Account.
(b) You agree that if the Service or your Account is suspended, terminated or cancelled for any reason or length of time, you are not entitled to any reimbursement or refund of any fees or unused access time.
And if you want to take it up with customer support, I dont think threats are going to help your case.

I feel sorry for them having to answer repeat questions but they wouldn't have to if they weren't so vague on their responses, and didn't side-step simple "yes" or "no" questions.

She gave a list of the third party applications that are ok. Drunkard was not on that list, so I would assume it is not - unsurprisingly so given how it works.

No, because the ones above give you no absoulte advantage to the game and closest: TexMod.. just modifies textures in direct x memory layer, so it really dosen't even touch Guild Wars.
What you are asking is still a no no because it is a form of "let the bot do it for me while I do something else" which is one thing they have never tolerated.
I hope people stop asking now.... there is a strong difference than the 4 Emily mentioned and the drunkard bot..
EDIT: By the way does anyone actually think TexMod was designed for and only works with Guild Wars? Well to answer that, no it was never even designed for GW, the author probably never intended it to, probably never heard of Guild Wars and yes TexMod works with other games.
